(This one works best when you have two people on my health program because you have to use two health program meals to make it.)
1. Freeze 2 Tbsp. fat free whipped cream
(Counts as a condiment)
2. Prepare one brownie and one soft bake in the microwave per the instructions on the packet
(do not bake them in the oven or they will not plump up enough).
*TIP: Add some sugar-free coffee syrup (like caramel or peanut butter) to your brownie/soft bake batter! (Counts as one condiment)
3. Cut each in half horizontally (parallel to the counter).
4. Put the sandwich together: put one half on the bottom, add the whipped cream to the center, then put the other half on top.
Make this one the same way, but use one soft bake instead of half of a brownie and half of a soft bake.
(This one works best if you have two people also.)

4. Stack the halves: stack one half of the brownie and one half of the soft bake on top of each other.
5. Add the frozen fat free whipped cream to the top.
6. Drizzle Walden Farms chocolate syrup on top
(It has a slightly sour taste, so taste it first. If you like it, then drizzle on top of your whipped cream.)
(Counts as a condiment)
*TIP: Walden Farms products are usually on the health program I coach. You can usually find the best selection at Albertson's.
