1/2 cup green peppers chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Seasoning blend:
1/4 tsp. salt

1.  Make seasoning blend by combining all the spices in a small bowl.
2.  Drain liquid from noodles and rinse with water, then dry off thoroughly with a paper towel.
3.  Preheat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and stir in minced garlic.
4.  Add shrimp, green pepper and lime juice.
5.  Sprinkle the entire seasoning blend over shrimp and peppers.
6.  Cook and stir for 3-6 minutes then add drained noodles, cook an additional 4 minutes.
