Yesterday, you said tomorrow...

I recently heard this quote:

"Yesterday, you said tomorrow."


How true that is!  We put off to tomorrow what we don't feel like dealing with today.  Quite frankly, when do we ever want to deal with anything today?  If you're like me, you dream of the moment you have time for three consecutive breaths without a schedule, deadline or demand on your time. 

What if we reprioritized our life to include goals like living longer, living without pain, or living healthier to avoid illness and disease?  What if we made the choice to live today for tomorrow?

Life is not about the goals you accomplish tomorrow.  Life is about living the only life now the way you want to live it. 

Most people have an idea of what their picture of health should look like.  Some people include weightloss in their health goals, some people have fitness goals like running a 5k race or a marathon.  For whatever reason, if those goals seem unattainable today, we make no effort to take the babysteps necessary to achieve those goals tomorrow. 

Whatever your goals are, you need to take the babysteps to acheive them today.  Don't let another tomorrow pass you by!
